Casting

Mainly raw parts are produced by casting - a basic procedure used for most of our wear-resistant components. Then, these raw castings are going to be mechanically treated and heat treated at our factory. If the individual case requires, these components will be coated with an additional surface layer.
If the individual case admits, including pre-finished machine parts which do not need any further mechanical processing and need only to be heat treated, are going to be produced by casting.
Preferably, they will be formed in green sand and chemically-bound sand.
Individual parts (by hand moulding), small series and series (by machine moulding process) are possible.
